City Lights, a great movie classic, will screen at Hong Kong's Culture Club Gallery on August 4 starting at 8 p.m.

Charlie Chaplin plays a tramp who falls in love with a blind flower girl (Virginia Cherrill) who by coincidence believes he's a millionaire. The tramp tries to raise money for the blind girl to pay her rent and have an eye operation. After some city adventures, he lands in jail. Will the blind girl regain sight? Will she and the tramp recognize each other again? The last scene is considered one of the finest in a Chaplin movie.
