Five-year-old Animal News Magazine (www.animalnewsmagazine.org) is distributed mainly by subscription and can be purchased at several outlets in Toronto and now Montreal. The magazine’s objective is to be a voice for animals by educating, divulging and debating on animal issues. It’s unique, the only magazine published by a rescue organization in the province of Ontario.

On our wonderful volunteer team, we have gifted graphic designer and illustrator Carmen Mok, who recently held a Toronto exhibit. We also have great writers.

To grow, we need more dedicated volunteers to sell subscriptions and enroll sales outlets across Ontario and Quebec. We also need volunteers to solicit advertisements. For this last position, we’re prepared to compensate on a high-commission basis.
