Singer Lennie Gallant’s latest album, When We Get There, is nominated for a 2007 Juno Award in the roots and traditional solo category.
Lennie says he’s excited about heading to Saskatoon for the event. “I’m really happy to get the nomination. Probably this collection of songs is my strongest yet as a body of work. We worked hard to make sure the album had a real flow, and a lot of people tell me how they can relate to its mood. There are a lot of story songs on it too.”
