| Soon, an 11-episode podcast-series featuring the music of Prince Edward Island songwriters will be available online. The series, with music from various albums and specially recorded acoustic tracks, was created and produced by Sandbar Music and engineered and co-produced by Jon Matthews at Big Grey Studios.
Initial episodes are available for listening and downloading (www.closetothecoastradio.com). The series also is available from the iTunes podcast directory and soon on other Web directories. You can subscribe to receive new episodes as they’re available. Two will be released monthly until December.
The songwriters, in many genres and styles, include: Matthews, Eddy Quinn, Nikkie, Chas Guay, Tim Chaisson, Donald Younie, Liam Corcoran, Meaghan Blanchard, Dan Currie, Pat Deighan, Mark Steel, Andrew Murray, Jeremy Gaudet and Dennis Ellsworth.
