Good manners form an essential part of daily life. In a new book, The Etiquette Advantage in Business, Peggy and Peter Post suggest that good manners should be seen as ethical values, respect for oneself and one’s peers, and efforts to nurture customers.

Therefore, behaving decently and respectfully is no sign of weakness. Instead, it can help us to advance in business and in many increasingly competitive workplaces.
