Lock up your carrots. It's a Hoppy New Year!

Come and celebrate the launch of The Tale of Rhonda Rabbit. It's a brand new Chinese-calendar tale by author Sarah Brennan and illustrated by Harry Harrison. This funny-and-fabulous book makes good reading for bunnies young and old.

In the story, it's 221 BC, and the mighty Emperor Qin Shi Huang has a terrible problem. Someone has been stealing all his vegetables! Enter Rhonda Rabbit, an extremely cheeky bunny.

Will the Emperor save his bok choi? Will Rhonda live to crunch again another day? The book appears in a nick of time for the arrival of the Chinese New Year of the Rabbit.

The launch party happens from 2 to 4 p.m. on January 22 at the Bookazine store in the Prince's Building in Hong Kong's Central District. Snacks and drinks for kids and adults will be provided, but seating is limited.
