Professor Wang Delivers Centenary Book Talk

Professor Wang Gungwu is the first speaker for the University of Hong Kong Libraries Centenary Book Talk Series. On March 25 (starting at 7 p.m.), Professor Wang will discuss some imaginaries who explored possible “dreams” in the history of the university, its academics past and present, alumni and national and international links.

Wang served as a vice-chancellor of HKU from 1986-95. Now he's chairman of the East Asian Institute and a professor at the National University of Singapore. His speech (in English) will take place in the special collections section (first floor) of HKU's Main Library.
