| I wanted to let you know that I’m releasing a new CD of all original material, Solo Piano 2. It’s a companion to my first solo piano CD, which had mostly free improvisation. The new CD is primarily composed songs. By the way, the artwork and design are by my friend, the multi-talented Bruce Alcock.
To celebrate the release, I’m having a concert at 8 p.m. on March 15 at Petro-Canada Hall in the music building at Memorial University in St John’s, Newfoundland.
I’ll be joined by Heather Kao on violin, Sandy Morris on guitar, Mark Peddle on bass and a very special guest, my father Frank Brennan, who’ll sing a few numbers with me. Buying a CD at the door will include admission.
