Since I teach presentation skills, your story, Making a Big Speech? Forget Every Rule, was interesting for me. The thing about public-speaking coach Bjorn Turmann is that he's addressing CEOs and others who have very good English skills in the first place.

Here in Hong Kong, I work with English students whose ability levels are vastly lower. Giving them basic techniques that they can use to get started really does raise their confidence.
