| ScotDance PEI is hosting Highland on the Island, a two-day Highland-dancing event that includes the Atlantic Canada Open Championships, Choreography Challenge, Highland and National Competitions and a Hornpipe Special Event. All the dancing events will take place at Athena Consolidated School in Summerside, Prince Edward Island, on October 3-4.
But the event needs volunteers for various duties, everything from admission, canteen and set-up to marshalling and registration. Email (tbyorke@eastlink.ca) if you’d like to volunteer.
