Heaven Found on Slovenian Slopes
How delightful! I read the story, Paws on Planes: Lamma Island’s Globe-Trotting Pooches. Our dogs Lucky and Hebe don’t long for Lamma.

The weather here has been beyond compare. Life remains indescribably busy, growing things, making things, socialising and visiting the area in our car and on foot. My wife and I agree that we could not be happier.

Even the dogs have found their heaven here, although Lucky has an obsession with deer, which is a bit of a problem. Lamma didn’t have deer, snow, chaseable cats, the river, mountains, voles, moles, sheep or cool evenings. Both dogs are thoroughly delighted with their new circumstances and new friends. As I write this, they’re off to the River Soca with my wife for a tumble in the rapids.

Time has ceased to be a worry. There’s always tomorrow!

Mountain scenes bring bliss?

Beauty fills the Slovenian sky, with heaven below?

Hebe patrols the forest.

Lucky relaxes, perhaps dreaming of deer.
