Don’t miss meeting the British primatologist Dr Jane Goodall, famous for her long study of chimpanzees. She will come to Hong Kong for the Asia Pacific Youth Summit on August 30.
Secondary-school groups are invited to Dr Goodall’s presentation at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University on the last day of the Roots and Shoots Asia Pacific Youth Summit. Joining her will be Jill Robinson, founder of the Animals Asia Foundation, and Leon Chen from Suchen (Sustainable Chinese Enterprises).
On the same day, non-government organizations will display their efforts to create positive change. It should be a great chance for students to consider getting involved to make a difference.
