| A young golden retriever, Ambrose is handsome and gentle, but that didn’t save him from being callously abandoned. He’s a typical victim of uncontrolled breeding.
The people who had Ambrose tied him on a traffic island early one morning and left him to become more and more confused and frightened. He’d never before seen the buses on all sides, the cars, the pedestrians.
Now he’s in our care and turning more content by the second. He’s affectionate, loves a stroke or a tickle and gazes back with please-love-me brown eyes.
He needs a home where he’ll be cherished, given loads of love, attention and exercise, and never again regarded as a disposable item to be bought, sold or discarded.
To meet him, please email me (sheila@lap.org.hk) or attend our animal-adoption events from 2-7 p.m. on December 15-16 at the Cosmo Clinic, 27 Robinson Road, in Mid Levels, Hong Kong.
