Funny Guys Make Giggles Mandatory
The Island Standup Comedy Showcase recently became the first-ever comedy group to appear at the Harmony House Theatre in Hunter River, PEI, Canada. The group features funny guys Patrick Ledwell, Fraser McCallum, Matt Stewart and Francois Weber.

Ledwell’s standup testifies to the power of comedy. In 2007, he performed at the Halifax Comedy Festival. He has appeared on the CBC’s comedy showcase, Hilarious and Homegrown. His descriptions capture the hilarity of avoiding golf, finding uses for wedding gifts and locating anything at Home Depot.

McCallum co-founded and performed with the award-winning improvisation troupe, 4 Skit’s Sake. Stewart, a five-year veteran of standup comedy, has written and directed Feast Dinner Theatres for several years. Weber, an award-winning actor, playwright and stand-up comedian, is known for his energetic portrayal of life as a teacher.
