As the book's publisher, FormAsia loved your comments, especially the critique of some of our contradictory captions, which brought a smile to our faces. We appreciate criticism, especially if it's positive, and thank you for taking the trouble to review and publish reference to the guide.

Pete is not to be blamed for the captions. The funny ones are certainly his. Some were written internally by FormAsia after the long haul of re-hiking every trail for the revised editions.
