| Emily Lau, other pro-democracy legislators from Hong Kong and supporters of the democracy movement went to Macau on December 20 to participate in a forum on the Basic Law Article 23 and to join a march for democracy, human rights and the people’s livelihood. But the Immigration authorities refused to allow this Hong Kong group to enter Macau.
