Belly-Fare Fills Book
Gingers, a catering company operated by long-time Hong Kong chef Liz Seaton, has released Gingers, The Cocktail Party, a third in its cookbook series.

This time, the Scottish-born chef focuses on a favorite style of catering by featuring many of the superb canapés that make Gingers’ cocktail parties famous.

After six years in Hong Kong, Gingers bills itself as “the caterer for business and pleasure”. Seaton has many years of experience in the food industry, having trained in the UK and worked around the world.

The launch party at 6:30 p.m. on November 21 in the Bookazine store at the Prince’s Building in Hong Kong’s Central Business District will feature food from the cookbook.
