Titled Flower, an exhibition of paper-art by Sakura Ota continues until December 10 at Hong Kong's Culture Club Gallery.
“Flowers are beautiful. They make people feel joy. Flowers are romantic and symbolize peace too. I want to express my feelings towards flowers,” said Sakura.
Raised by parents who loved art and nature, the artist was greatly influenced by her mother, also an artist. Sakura has painted with rich colors and inspired by nature and animals. She's also a freelance illustrator whose work has appeared in magazines and advertisements.
